At ChronVeil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned without original packaging, are not eligible for a refund.
